I believe I’m a great match for many because of my personal journey with mental health and addiction, combined with my deep passion for helping others navigate their traumas. Together, we can work towards enabling you to function more fully in your daily life. You deserve healing and wholeness, and I’m here to help you achieve that.

My approach is person-centered, focusing on creating a safe and supportive space where you can be your authentic self. I aim to work with you to realize your true potential. Using the tools and skills I’ve developed, I am dedicated to helping you overcome the challenges that brought you here. Together, we can navigate your path to healing and growth.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate the challenges of the legal system, offering extensive experience in working with both men and women. I lead Batterers Intervention Programs and Anger Management groups, providing expert guidance and support.

In addition, I have a strong background in assisting those struggling with addictions, offering compassionate and effective treatment strategies.

For children and individuals with intellectual disabilities, I am trained in play therapy and sand tray therapy, creating a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.

My diverse expertise ensures that I can provide the tailored support you need on your journey to well-being.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Capella University. I obtained my LPC Associate License in April 2024.

With seven years of experience working with teens in rehabilitation, six years supporting individuals battling addiction, and the past two years focusing on individuals with disabilities and children, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice.
